Gift Card FAQ

Gift Cards provide a flexible way for you to purchase a gift for someone from our store, making it easy for you to share your love for our brand while also maintaining full freedom of choice. You can purchase gift cards the same way you purchase any other product. And unlike a gift certificate, the shopper can spread the gift card balance over multiple visits.

After the order is marked fulfilled, you will be sent a personalized email containing a unique URL which you must visit to view the gift card.

The gift card page contains:

  • The gift card code, used at checkout to redeem the value of the gift card when purchasing a product from our store at a later time;
  • A print button, for obtaining a paper copy of the gift card;
  • A start shopping button, for quickly navigating back to your store.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase? 
Yes. 

How do I check my balance?
The balance is displayed beside the gift card when applied to a cart during checkout. You can also check your balance by visiting the unique gift card link sent via email, so keep track of it!

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can I apply loyalty points towards my gift card purchase?
Unfortunately, no, not at this time. Please do not try to do so as this will result in the loss of your points and we will not return them to you.
