Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, including collection releases, sales, and holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally using trusted carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Harajuku Hearts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Harajuku Hearts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once an order has been handed over to the carrier. If you encounter an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Due to legal regulations, we cannot alter or falsify customs forms. All items will be declared accurately.
